Wilma J. Peeples is the Founder and CEO of Peeples Financial Resource & Development LLC (PFRD), a Chicago-based company established in 2021.
A licensed Realtor, real estate investor, developer, and entrepreneur, Wilma brings hands-on experience in property acquisition, rehabilitation, development, and business strategy. Her entrepreneurial work extends beyond PFRD to the founding and development of a nonprofit organization focused on transitional housing and community impact, giving her firsthand experience navigating both for-profit and nonprofit business development.

Through PFRD, Wilma uses that real-world experience to help property owners, investors, and entrepreneurs turn ideas and opportunities into organized, actionable plans.
